Gear Geometry

As children stack, there is a sense of geometric awareness that each shape will only fit in its correct holder. Children stimulate their cognitive thinking ability by seeing how turning one gear triggers motion in the other two gears. This also introduces the concept of partial pairing. As they twist and turn the gears, their hand movements aid in writing.
