Sensory Ball Pack

The Tactile Sensory Balls Set of 20 is an engaging sensory learning resource designed to support tactile exploration, motor skills, communication and early learning.

Ideal for sensory rooms, SEN settings, nurseries, preschools and primary classrooms, this versatile set gives children opportunities to explore differences in texture, colour, density and bounce through hands-on play.

The set contains 20 sensory balls featuring 10 different textures, with 2 of each texture. The balls come in different colours and have varying density and bounce properties, providing a wide range of sensory experiences and opportunities for comparison.

Supplied with a black feely bag, the set can be used for engaging tactile matching activities. Place a selection of balls inside the bag and encourage children to feel each ball without looking, then identify and match it with the corresponding ball outside the bag.

This helps develop tactile discrimination, memory, concentration and descriptive language.

The balls can also be used for sorting, colour recognition, rolling, throwing and catching activities, supporting both sensory and physical development. The different textures and physical properties make them particularly useful for SEN, occupational-style sensory activities and early years exploration.

The balls range in size from approximately 50mm to 75mm in diameter, making them easy for children to handle during individual or group activities.
